The goal of this experiment was to determine differential gene regulation of PGC1?? or ERR?? compared to the control. Overall design: To identify transcripts that were specifically affected following PGC1Ã and ERRa knockdown. RNA was isolated using QIAGEN Rneasy kit. Six unstranded (poly A only) RNA samples were sequenced by the UNMC Genomics Core facility using the TrueSeq mRNA protcol.
