The study was designed to investigate the effects of renal denervation (RDN) on global gene expression changes in splenic CD11b+ cells after myocardial infarction (MI). Bilateral RDN was performed one day after MI. Then, splenic CD11b+ cells were isolated the from RDN group or MI group on day 5 after MI, and subjected to bulk RNA- sequencing. Overall design: Splenic CD11b+ cells were isolated from either RDN group or MI group using flow cytometry. Then cells were lysed and total RNA was isolated for sequencing. Three biological replicates were performed for each group
