PARP1 association with chromatin non-resistant and doxorubicin-resistant MDA-MB-231.

The impact of doxorubicin resistance induction in MDA-MB-231 on PARP1 occurrence on the chromatin. Doxorubicin at a concentration of 1 uM was added to proliferating wild-type MDA-MB-231 cells. The treatment was repeated every 4 weeks or so, each time after the cells returned to their normal proliferation status. Library for sequencing was prepared using the NEBNext Ultra DNA Library Prep Kit with Sample Purification Beads for Illumina. The analysis was performed using the Illumina NextSeq 500 System.
