We used microarrays to identify the differently expressed genes in disease model for bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Overall design: Expression profiling of neurons induced from iPSCs. Two neuron types: Glutamatergic and GABAergic. iPSCs came from healthy control, or patient with bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.
