Transcriptome of Rhizophagus irregularis- and mock-inoculated Medicago truncatula crn and R108 roots

The goal of the study was to characterize the transcriptomic response of Medicago truncatula coryne (crn) mutants to inoculation with the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus Rhizophagus irregularis. Dataset includes crn mutants and R108 wild-types. Both genotypes were inoculated with R. irregularis or mock-inoculated.
