Multiomic ATAC + Gene Expression sequencing on E8.75 wild type and Nr6a1 null mouse embryos

Mouse embryos from 2 different litters were collected at E8.75. 3-4 Nr6a1 null embryos and 3-4 wild type embryos were pooled into one sample per genotype. Nuclei was then isolated using the 10X Genomics Nuclei Isolation Kit. Samples were then processed and analyzed using 10X Genomics Multiomic ATAC + Gene Expression single nuclei profiling. Overall design: Two samples, each containing 3-4 embryos, were collected from 2 litters of E8.75 mouse embryos according to genotype and analyzed with 10 Multiomic ATAC + Gene Expression single cell profiling.
