The Nilaparvata muiri (Hemiptera: Delphacidae) gene structure was annotated using BERKER3. Functional annotation was performed using NCBI NR (Non-redundant protein sequences), InterProScan, eggNOG-mapper, and Pannzer2. Nilaparvata_muiri_earlGrey_results is the output folder of earlGrey which includes TE consensus library and other summary files. Scripts folder are consists of all command-line codes and scripts used in the assemly and annotation.
