Survey Dataset on Technology Adoption, Ethics, and Innovation in Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises (N = 111)

This dataset contains anonymized survey responses from 111 participants employed in Chinese manufacturing enterprises. The survey was designed to examine the roles of technology, workplace ethics, and innovation in digital transformation by extending the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).

The dataset includes measures of perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEU), workplace ethics, innovation culture, and actual technology use, along with selected demographic variables (e.g., age group, work experience, departmental affiliation). All attitudinal items were measured using a 5-point Likert scale.

The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression to assess relationships between normative organizational factors and technology adoption. The dataset has been fully anonymized, and no personally identifiable information is included.
