Various countries adopted eco-industrial parks to promote resource sharing. Seamless design of resilient EIP is important to minimise propagation of disruptions resulting in total network failure while minimizing data fragmentation due to software crossover. Carbon-hydrogen-oxygen symbiosis network is an EIP design method which allows for the determination of appropriate interceptors using atomic targeting. When integrated with molecular dynamics simulation models, the design methodology could achieve simultaneous material, energy and water integration without software crossover. The research aims to build the foundational basis to streamline the design process of EIP, offering a robust, scalable solution for resilient EIP design.
