To analyze the TCR clonal repertoire, sorted CD44+CD8+T cells from brain and draining lyph nodes of T-aFGL2 treated tumor free mice were processed TCRa or TCRb RNA sequencing After confirming that T-aFGL2 treatment induced long term suvival of GBM tumor bearing mice, and the formation of CD8+TRM in brain, the CD44+CD8+T cells from brain and dLNs were sorted and underwent TCR deep sequencing to analyze the TCR clone characteristics.
