The human colorectal cancer cell line HCT-15 was used to construct the 5-FU-resistant and L-OHO-resistant cell models after radiotherapy. RNA-Seq sequencing was used to compare the differential genes and screen the key genes of 5-FU-resistance induced by irradiation.
