We examined the transcriptional changes that occur as Antibody Secreting Cells (ASC) differentiate and mature using an in vitro culture system. ASC were profiled directly post isolation and at time points weekly out to 48 days in culture. These data reveal how the long-lived ASC transcriptome matures over time. Overall design: Comparison of human blood ASC transcriptomes over different time points from in vitro cultures.
