Assessment of uridine-cytidine kinase expression in cell lines and tissues from mice

RNA-sequencing was performed in bone marrow and liver from C57BL/6 mice and in two mouse cell lines (Eu-Myc lymphoma cell lines and HoxA9-Meis1 transformed myeloid cell lines). Expression was assessed in the parental cell lines, CRISPR-edited derivatives and those expressing exogenous Uck2.
