Hippodamia variegata Raw sequence reads

Hippodamia variegata is a key natural enemy of cotton-growing regions of northwestern China. In this study, transcriptome sequencing analysis was performed on H. variegata, after beetles were exposured to different temperatures for 24 hours, using high throughput sequencing technology. The purpose is to understand the mechanism of high temperature tolerance in H. variegata and fill the gap in the molecular mechanism of high temperature tolerance in H. variegata.
