Low MOI perturb-seq data (as Seurat objects) from parallel Cas9 CRISPRko and CRISPRi benchmark libraries. Fastqs were aligned with Illumina DRAGEN software, which filters droplets to "passing cells". Cells are further filtered to those with <15% mitochondrial transcripts and a single guide assigned. Guide assignments are stored in the metadata of each Seurat object.
