Allele-specific chromatin three-dimensional structures of hybrid mice. Mus musculus

Here, we used two mouse strains, C57BL/6J and Cast/EiJ, to generate two kinds of F1 hybrids: BCF1 (female C57BL/6J mice crossed with male CAST/EiJ mice) and CBF1 (female CAST/EiJ mice crossed with male C57BL/6J mice). We performed Hi-C, ChiP-Seq and RNA-seq on F1 liver of hybrid mice (BCF1 and CBF1). The uploaded data are raw sequencing reads, with two biological replicates for each kind of library, such as BCF1_HiC_1 and BCF1_HiC_2 for two Hi-C replicates.
