Single-Cell Transcriptomic Analysis of Dental Pulp and Periodontal Ligament Stem Cells [BulkRNA-seq]

We have applied a novel and unique strategy to validate the annotation of cell cluster identified from scRNA-seq. Bulk RNA-seq data were generated for osteoblast and fibroblast samples and from bulk RNA-seq data. Signature Scores were computed based on the signature genes that were differentially expressed between osteoblasts and fibroblasts to infer the concordance between cell clusters identified in scRNA-seq data and osteoblasts and fibroblasts. Overall design: We generated the bulk RNASeq data from osteoblasts and fibroblasts, two main differentiated cell types from DPSC and PDLSC, for validating the clustering results from scRNA-seq
