THE SYSTEM OF TENSES IN ENGLISH AND THEIR USE IN REAL SPEECH APPLICATION

In today's era of globalization, this article analyzes the system of tenses in the English language and their use in real speech. It covers the grammatical and semantic features of the tenses existing in the English language, as well as their division into three main groups: present, past and future tenses. The article explains the use of the most commonly used tenses in everyday speech, especially Present Simple, Present Continuous and Past Simple, through examples. It also examines common mistakes made by learners and their causes, and recommends ways to eliminate them. As a result, the importance of correctly mastering tenses and using them in practical speech is substantiated.
