Essential data of grant agreements

Access in electronic form to the essential data of grant agreements, within the meaning of Decree No 2017-779 of 5 May 2017. **Publics concerned**: administration of the State and local and regional authorities; public institutions and private persons entrusted with a public service mission. **Subject**: definition of the essential data of the grants and the arrangements for making them available. **Entry into force**: the text shall enter into force on the day following its publication. It concerns grants covered by an agreement signed as from 1 August 2017. **Notice**: the decree defines the essential data of the grant agreements to be disseminated by the administrations awarding grants as well as the modalities for the dissemination of these data. **References**: the decree is issued for the application of Article 18 of Law No 2016-1321 of 7 October 2016 on a Digital Republic, which amended Article 10 of Law No 2000-321 of 12 April 2000 on the rights of citizens in their relations with administrations.
