Replication Data for: Evaluation of QIAreach QuantiFERON-TB lateral-flow nanoparticle fluorescence assay for TB infection diagnosis among TB household contacts in three high-burden settings

This dataset was produced from a cross-sectional study as part of a larger project titled “Community and Universal Testing for TB among contacts (CUT-TB).” CUT-TB was a pragmatic cluster-randomised trial (ISRCTN10003903) conducted in two phases in Lesotho, South Africa, and Tanzania. Phase I was conducted from July 2021 to September 2022 as a pilot in preparation for the delivery of a pragmatic cluster-randomised trial. The dataset consists of one data table: participant characteristics measured at enrolment; and outcome data points measured at enrolment. These data underpin analysis reported in a PlosOne 2025 paper.
