Implantation failure after in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) is a challenging health problem. There is a need to explore the pathogenesis of implantation failure, particularly in sites such as the endometrium. Nomal 16S ribosomal RNA gene sequencing on female genital tract samples to find the corelation of microbiome and IVF outcome.
