This data set is the data and code in this work from narrow sodium lidar in Hainan, China. This LiDAR can measure the number density of sodium、temperature and vertical wind in the atmosphere from 80-105km. We also provide other data that we used in this paper, like SABER temperature and MSISE model. In addition, we have provided the measurement results of the laser frequency locking and monitoring system on July 7, 2024.
