Data provided is from a year-long study of the use of MindfulNest in Pre-Kindergarten classes. Teachers completed the Emotion Regulation Checklist (ERC) (Shields & Cicchetti, 1997) for each of the children in their classrooms at the beginning and end of the year.Three trained researchers used the Teaching Pyramid Observation Tool (TPOT) (Hemmeter et al., 2014) to observe and evaluate teachers every other month.
