Marine plankton community in Pulandian Bay Raw sequence reads

This study enriches the understanding of planktonic organisms in Pulandian Bay, Dalian by comparing the community structure and abundance characteristics detected by different macro barcode primers. It not only has important marine ecological significance, but also provides scientific basis for the promotion and application of DNA macro barcode technology in the commercial monitoring of marine biodiversity.
