Whole-genome sequencing of Antimicrobial Resistant Pathogens from clinics in India.

This project holds genomic sequences of bacterial pathogens that were isolated from different tertiary healthcare centres across India. These pathogens belong to the priority pathogen categories that show resistance against one or more antimicrobials.
