The development resilience of social employment conditions among countries along the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) reflects the respective resilience level of their social employment development. A higher data value indicates a stronger development resilience of the social employment situation in the corresponding BRI country. The data product for the development resilience of social employment conditions was developed with reference to the World Bank Statistical Database. Specifically, annual data from 2000 to 2019 on the ratio of total unemployed population to the total labor force in BRI countries was adopted. Based on the annual variation of relevant indicators, through sensitivity and adaptability analysis and comprehensive diagnosis, the final development resilience product for social employment conditions was generated. This dataset on the development resilience of social employment conditions in BRI countries holds important reference value for analyzing and comparing the resilience status of population growth across current countries.
