XRF element counts are calibrated using centred log-ratios. <br> Table S3. Correlation coefficient (R) matrix of all variables considered for principal component analysis (PCA) in Lake Singkarak and Lake Maninjau. Highly-correlated variables (|R| ≥ 0.9) are not considered for PCA to avoid redundancy in the dataset.<br>
