In this study, C57BL/6 mice received either 3 doses of inactivated COVID vaccines, 3 doses of COVID mRNA vaccines, 2x inactivated vaccine + 1x mRNA vaccine, or 2x inactivated vaccine + Adenovirus vector vaccine. We aimed to analyze the innate immune profiles following 3rd dose. To this end, 12 hours after vaccine injection, injection site draing lymph nodes were collected for RNA sequence.
