The Protective Role of the Epitranscriptome against Acetaminophen Toxicity

We report differential mRNA sequencing data on C57BL/6 background of both Wildtype and Alkbh8Def in saline and acetaminophen exposure conditions in acute (6 hour) and chronic (4 day) conditions. Total RNA was isolated from murine liver tissue and treated with DNAse. Samples were prepped and processed at the University at Albany Center for Functional Genomics with Poly-A selection and ran on Illumina Nextseq500 (Illumina, Inc., San Diego, CA) at 75 million single-end reads per run.
