Circulating proteomic landscape for precision stratification and outcome prediction in primary glomerular diseases: code bundle and de-identified IgAN 151 dataset

This Zenodo record contains the curated code bundle and de-identified IgAN 151 release associated with the study Circulating proteomic landscape for precision stratification and outcome prediction in primary glomerular diseases. The release includes the upload-ready bundle, reproducibility metadata, and two de-identified patient-level files: igan151_npx_deidentified.csv and igan151_outcomes_deidentified.csv. Age, sex, dates, direct identifiers, local crosswalks, and UK Biobank participant-level data are excluded. Continuous clinical variables were shared at reduced precision for anonymization and privacy protection: time_egfr50_years and fu_years were rounded to 0.1 years, baseline_egfr to the nearest whole number, and baseline_proteinuria to 0.1 units. Files in this record are restricted. Access may be granted to qualified researchers for non-commercial academic use, subject to institutional review, data-use approval, and agreement not to attempt re-identification.
