Besides cluster III and VII adhesins, three additional have been found by our SSN analysis (Fig 1). The open reading frame CAGL0J05159g of C. glabrata CBS138 (XP_002999571.1) has not been assigned to a gene entry in the assembly of Xu et al. 2020, due to a frameshift that is not found in other strains. However the N-terminal region also adopts the fold of an Awp1-related adhesin. (XLSX)
