Transcriptome analysis of wheat roots inoculated with salt tolerant plant growth promoting rhizobacteria to salt stress

In the present investigation, we studied the expression patterns of genes involved in salt tolerance of wheat inoculated with Arthrobacter nitroguajacolicus comparison of un-inoculated wheat in saline stress. In the present study, we performed the analysis of wheat when exposed to salt tolerant plant growth promoting using the Illumina sequencing technique. We determined the significant gene expression profile of root wheat for the salt tolerant pathways .This is the first transcriptomic study to identify significant expressed genes and pathways in roots when exposed to Arthrobacter nitroguajacolicus
