RNA-sequencing of the tissue-specific DAF-2 degradation C.elegans

This project is aimed to analyze the transcriptional profiling of tissue-specific DAF-2 degradation worms, which compose of two sets of RNA-seq data: 1) RNA-seq data of whole worm samples of DAF-2 degradation either in all tissues, in neuron, in intestine, in hypodermis, in muscle, or in germline, as well as control samples. 2) RNA-seq data of FACs isolated neuron cells, intestine cells, hypodermis cells, and muscle cells of the intestinal DAF-2 degradation worms.
