This dataset contains deidentified data we used in the analysis of our study assessing the clinical influence of COVID-19 on pulmonary function by comparing pre-infection pulmonary function to post-infection pulmonary function during the period from December 1, 2019, to February 28, 2023, in King Fahad University Hospital in Al Khobar City, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. No patient identifiable information is included.
