Participant Pre/Post Survey Dataset (Scientific Literacy & Confidence)

WHAT: Quantitative survey data measuring participant scientific literacy, confidence in understanding local environmental risks, and self-reported resilience knowledge. WHERE: Administered across all three hubs and via the digital learning platform. WHY: To document outcome attainment against Exhibit B benchmarks — specifically the 70% reported confidence increase and the increased scientific literacy outcome — and to provide annual evaluation evidence for NAS reporting. HOW: Pre- and post-workshop instruments using Likert-scale, multiple-choice, and short-response items. WHEN: Administered at workshop entry and exit, with annual aggregation.
