MetaSBT Viruses database

Warning: This database has been produced with an outdated version of MetaSBT which is not supported anymore. Thus, the visibility of this database has been changed to Restricted. MetaSBT database composed of taxonomically organised Sequence Bloom Trees built over the reference genomes of NCBI GenBank under the Viruses superkingdom. It comprises 13,480 reference genomes organised into 2,819 species, 460 genera, 118 families, 53 orders, 33 classes, and 17 phyla. MetaSBT public databases are indexed in the MetaSBT-DBs repository on GitHub at https://github.com/cumbof/MetaSBT-DBs and they are produced with the open-source MetaSBT framework available at https://github.com/cumbof/MetaSBT. Databases can be installed locally through the install command of MetaSBT as documented in the official wiki at https://github.com/cumbof/MetaSBT/wiki. Other commands to interact with the database are available through the MetaSBT framework and are documented in the same wiki.
