DDBJ Sequence Read Archive

DDBJ Sequence Read Archive (DRA) is an archive database for output data generated by next-generation sequencing machines including Roche 454 GS System®, Illumina Genome Analyzer®, Applied Biosystems SOLiD® System, and others. DRA is a member of the International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration (INSDC) and archiving the data in a close collaboration with NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA) and EBI Sequence Read Archive (ERA).DDBJ序列读取存档库（DDBJ Sequence Read Archive, DRA）是用于存储下一代测序设备产出数据的存档数据库，可收录Roche 454 GS System®、Illumina Genome Analyzer®、Applied Biosystems SOLiD® System等测序平台的输出数据。该存档库为国际核苷酸序列数据库协作组织（International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration, INSDC）成员单位，与NCBI序列读取存档库（NCBI Sequence Read Archive, SRA）及EBI序列读取存档库（EBI Sequence Read Archive, ERA）紧密协作完成数据存档工作。
