This dataset includes raw and processed data on feed intake, average daily gain, methane emissions, carcass composition, meat quality parameters, and calculated carbon footprint of crossbred Angus young bulls finished with either a conventional concentrate-based diet or a corn silage-based total mixed ration (TMR).
