Leaves are piled loose in these locations for collection. However, any leaves in plastic bags should be de-bagged at the site. Drop-off locations are for leaves only. Please check the individual record's CREATE_DATE for date the feature was added and UPDATE_DATE for the last date an attribute was edited.
