We performed paired-end poly A+ RNA sequencing using total RNA isolated from serum starved and serum released WI-38 cells Overall design: Quiescent WI-38s were induced by serum starvation (0.1% FBS) for 3 days, and collected for RNA extraction. Serum stimulation was performed in quiescent cells by changing back to 10% FBS contained medium. Cells at early serum release time points at 3 hour and 6 hour were collected for RNA extraction.
