Whole-Genome SNP Dataset for Population Genetic Structure and Selection Signature Analyses in Tianzhu White Yak

This dataset provides whole-genome single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotype data used in the study entitled "Population Genetic Structure and Genome-Wide Selection Signatures in Tianzhu White Yak".1. Six Yak Populations SNP DatasetThis file contains genotype data from 54 individuals representing six local yak populations: Tianzhu White Yak (TZB), Sangsang Yak (SS), Sibu Yak (SB), Pali Yak (PL), Leiwuqi Yak (LWQ), and Gaoshan Yak (GS), with nine individuals per population. The dataset contains 6,841,333 SNP records shared across the six populations and was used for population genetic structure, linkage disequilibrium (LD) decay, runs of homozygosity (ROH), genomic inbreeding, and genome-wide selection signature analyses.2. Tianzhu White Yak Full SNP DatasetThis file contains genotype data from nine Tianzhu White Yak individuals, comprising 22,874,650 SNP. The same nine Tianzhu White Yak individuals are included in the six-population dataset.
