Undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (UCTD) is currently regarded as one of the most pressing medical problems. Undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasias (UCTD) are genetically determined conditions characterized by defects in the fibrous structures and ground substance of connective tissue. These defects lead to disturbances in the formation of organs and systems, have a progressive course, and determine specific features of associated pathology as well as the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of drugs [1,2,3,4].
