Using a read binning approach, we will identify endosymbiont-specific sequencing reads and assemble these into complete annotated genomes. This project is aimed to better understand the endosymbiotic relationships of the microbes present in different Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi. Define the role of bacterial endosymbionts for Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi biology by conducting comparative analysis of the endosymbiotic genes.
