Transcriptomes of UFMylation gene knockdown in human breast cancer cell treated with hypoxia for 6 hours [human]

To investagate the gene expression profiling of dysUFMylation in breast cancer under hypoxia, we constructed UFL1 konckouted-MDA-MB-231 using CRISPR-Cas9 and couducted RNA-seq. mRNAs were isolated and purified using RNeasy Plus Mini Kit (Qiagen). Samples were prepared from three biological replicates. Overall design: Total RNA transcriptomes of UFL1 or UFM1 KO MDA-MB-231 cells were profiled by RNA-seq.
