Code list - Budget DCJM

The list values of the code list "budget" provide an overview of budget articles and basic allocations from the policy fields culture, youth and media. Budget articles form the basis for drawing up, adjusting and implementing the budget of the Flemish Government. A budget groups budget articles into policy areas and within them by organisational form. For each organisational form, the budget contains a device programme (internal operation of the relevant part of the Flemish government) and one or more programmes for operational appropriations (external operation of the policy area concerned). The position of a letter/digit in the code of a budget article refers to the following concepts: - position 1 - the policy area - position 2 and 3 - the entity involved in the implementation of the credit - position 4 - the budget section - position 5 and 6 - the programme - position 7 - the competent minister - position 8 - the type of credit - position 9 - the substantive structural element - position 10 - the article code - position 11 and 12 - the ESA aggregate.
