VPRS 412 Reports And Vouchers Tabled at Council Meetings

This series consists of the Vouchers for payments by the Council to its creditors and the Reports presented for the consideration of Council by municipal officials. Vouchers were presented in entirety or in summary form to Council each month to be approved for payment.Each month when Council meets reports will be submitted by Council officers regarding their areas of responsibility. Records in this series are those submitted to the Council of the Borough of Castlemaine by the Treasurer, the Committee of the whole Council, the Surveyor and Curator. Items of relevant correspondence may be attached to a report.
