HaCaT cell line is a kind of keratinocyte from human skin. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the influnce of fractionated 2 Gy or single 20 Gy irradiation on HaCaT cells. Overall design: HaCaT cells were administrated with 5 or 10 times fractionated 2 Gy irradiation, and meanwhile at the end of last time fractionated irradiation, a single 20 Gy irradiation was given for cells in another cultrue dish (PF1 for 0 Gy,PF2 for 2 Gy×5,PF3 for 2 Gy×10 and PF4 for 20 Gy). And three days after last time irradiation, cells were collected and analyzed using scRNAseq to investigate the change of cluster profiles.
