Procaryotic community in Yangtze river basin, 2020

To explore the prokaryotic community structure in Yangtze River Basin, water samples were collected from the source to estuary along the mainstream of the Yangtze river at 2020. The 16S gene were used to explore the prokaryotic community based on single molecule real-time sequencing, aim to study the diversity and community characteristics in a border sampling area and higher species annotation accuracy.
