Supplementary code and data for "Developing countries' exposure to the European Regulation on Deforestation-free Products (EUDR)"

This repository contains data and code to reproduce the results from the paper under submission "Developing countries’ exposure to the European Regulation on Deforestation-free Products (EUDR)". The R file "Script.R" can be used to reproduce all the results that are displayed in the paper. The code has been thoroughly annotated, so that any user with basic knowledge in the R language can run it. Running the code require data from the "inputs" folder as well as additional data that must be download, following the instructions at the beggining of the script. The zip file also contains a file "Data_structure.tif" which summarizes all the data that has been used to produce the results. Further details on the source and treatment of data can be found in the paper and its appendices. The results folder contains Excel files with all data supporting the figures in the article.
