Sheriff Eugene Biscailuz is probably the 10th man from the right in image no. 1, holding a hat distinctive to him. "Client: Stock; extra neg[ative]s inside also" -- on envelope. The negative envelope indicates that the Whittington studio fulfilled 2 print orders.
